All sites i now develop are completely accessible and meet all W3C requirements. But accessibility isn't just about meeting these requirements and making a website accessible to people with impairments.

It's about making the experience of visiting your website the same to all. The design should be fluid i.e. the design, layout and proportions should be the same no matter what size the users font is set to. The website should operate the same way no matter who is using it or how they are accessing it.
